Boo Loo just came up with a funny idea the other night that I thought I'd throw out there: Most of you are familiar with the NATO phonetic alphabet from the 50s: Alpha Bravo Charlie Delta Echo Foxtrot Golf Hotel India Juliet Kilo Lima Mike November Oscar Papa Quebec Romeo Sierra Tango Uniform Victor Whiskey Xray Yankee Zulu For use in sending messages at sea and what not. Well, anyway, now we have our own to use, thanks to Josh: Alligator Birds Cats Devil Elephant Frenchy Grim Reaper Hipsters Idol Jetsetter Kapu Liquor Minotaur Nightlife Oku (Ohana Oonu) Purgatory Queen Rum Shriners Tiki Undertaker Venus Wolf X Yawner Zombies Try sending a message with it. The NATO code was made for ease of use, with all but Golf, Mike, Novmber, Uniform, and Romeo consisting of 2 syllables... and then, it has to be said ins ome strange shorthand speech that sounds like a southern accent. Well, not really. I like beans.
