Boating to Hukilau

I just got my wireless to work again. I am boating to Hukilau on a milk carton boat. I am having some computer and communication issues-the saltwater is nasty-so I only can get a few pictures to work. One is of our neighbor Eleanor with some of the cartons that were collected.

One is of the hull being started.

The last is of a test float of the boat before the main motor and cabin was installed.

I should have brought more sunscreen!

Mr. Not So Smiley Feet?

Honey, I think you forgot your shaver!

Oh yeah....Can you pick up Russell on the way?

I was able to get my camera to work for a little bit take this picture of the Panama Canal.

It was nice to get into the Gulf today because I am that much closer to Florida.

Watch out for the swells!

I lost my compass in a wave, and i didn't bring my Sextent because it was a little too gummy from a past camping trip so I am a little lot right now. I did find a buried bottle of this:
so I must not be too far from Cuba. It was sad to leave Rum Island! also, I got a little too close to this action-yikes !

Mr Smiley!
Make sure to make a Mai Kai Russian Roulette as a signal fire.
That always works.
In fact, have one on me when you get there. I'll Pay Pal ya.

I think these guys just joined your regatta!
