Here's a neat article on a David Hyun 1961 Modern for sale in Hancock Park, CA

Look at the bar, cool.

Niiiiiiice...and I love that backyard. Alas...I do not have the two mil. Beautifully appointed and you are right...that bar is pretty snazzy.

In the little fantasy world in my head I've already been living there for years. Hey, what fun is a house if you need a couple of million to buy it...unless you've got another million to entertain all your tiki friends!

If we all pitch in...............

I found another link about the house that actually precedes the latimes article by about 8 months or so, and an original asking price of 2.9 million...Someone stated this house is located on the corner of Rossmore and 3rd street for any photogs/stalkers! hah

Great articles and nice little L.A. treasures....

Wow, imagine having a party there where everyone had to dress up in their 1961 best...I only want to get rich so I can have parties like that. Well, that and a 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California.
