Dood,

Many mahalos Dave!

Compliments keep me carving!

That Marquesan canoe is a beauty! I do wish I had a place to put it.

Classy pieces, Dave, I bet you would be interested in a set of these:

GatorRob, thanks for the kind compliment!

Sven, thanks so much for the compliment also!

Looks like very interesting reading!

Are they yours?

Would love to see what's inside of them.

I've developed an obsession for the Marquesan culture, and have been soaking up as much as I can from wherever I can find it.

I've got some really cool pieces in the works for this winter.

I promised some new pieces, and I just finished these guys up today.

The first pair I made for the Planet Rooth/Tiki Magazine Show.

Those sold opening night!

Thanks to whomever is giving them a home!

These were a lot of fun to make so I set out on creating another pair this week.

These Marquesan Tikis are based on an adze that resides in the Mai Kai in Fort Lauderdale.

The tiki on the left is 23 1/2" high x 9" wide. The tiki on the right is 23 1/2" high x 8 1/2" wide.

$250.00 plus shipping.
