tikifreak1 and I made this lamp together (actually he did most of the work, i supplied the barkcloth :wink:)

It's really nice. I like the fabric choice alot. I think a lower watt bulb would show it off better, though. The one in there creates so much light that it "whites out" the design. Great lamp, none-the-less.

The lamp is fantastic - did you guys design it?

tikifreak1 designed the lamp and the fabric was purchased on the Big Island of Hawaii

As far as the design I can't take the credit for. My wife and I wanted a lamp for our basement so I thought I would give it a shot. I was inspired by the lampmakers on here, I just had to figure out how to put it all together. I have made a couple more and plan on making more. Here is my first made with leftover material from remodeling........
