Gallahue also has agreed, according to the council announcement, that by January 1 he will tear down the half built Tahitian Lodge if it is not sold for development before that date. This skeletonized structure, just off Highway 41, in the heart of Naples city, has been generally regarded as an eyesore for nearly 2 1/2 years."
