I found these photos online. The description states that the photos are of the Kahiki from 1968. There seems to be some debate as to if this is the Kahiki. Many in who have a great deal of knowledge about the Kahiki say it is not. Don the Beachcomber was mentioned as a candidate. Any help would be great. Here is the link where I found the Photos. This is a close up of the above photo. The shakers look like DTB shakers.

Thats the Kon Tiki restaurant at the Sheraton Gibson Hotel in Cincinatti Ohio.

To think that such a great Tiki palace was once right here in Cincinnati. It makes me sad-this City was so much more fun 35-40 years ago.

Thanks for every ones help on this one. Just goes to show how valuable Tiki Central is as a repository of history. Even a state historical society gets it wrong now and again. I have started a proper thread here.

Those tables are the same as the Kahiki tables.
