Hi, I am working on a concept in which I need a round belt (like a long o-ring) to drive some pulleys. Needs to be approx 4 to 6 feet long and connected at both ends (continuous). Approximately 1/4 inch thick. thanks ! I'm the most thirstiesterest of [ Edited by: mrsmiley 2010-02-22 11:36 ] |

How about a piece of rubber or vinyl tubing. You would use glue and a small piece of dowel or something similar to join the ends. |

Google something like linkbelt or beltlink . They are addable links to create the belt you like . |

Bruce, you should contact Notch. He might be able to whip something up for you, and make it look vintage as well - maybe out of old automotive pulleys and fanbelts. |
