Since Holden posted the previews for the Tiki Ti anniversary mug:

GROG figure it must be time to post a preview of the Tonga Hut Mug sculpted by Kirby and based on the signature Tonga Hut Moai by the front door. We're making a mold and plan on having the debut at the annual Tonga Hut Winter Wonderland art show in December.

It's a tall one--9and3/8 inches.

Based on this guy.

How does an east coaster get their hands on this awesome stuff outside of the bay?

These new releases are killin me!

And here I was just wondering today why the TH didn't have its own mug. Thanks for the preview, guys, it looks awesome!

Yay Kirby and people involved!!! Does it come with a companion set of darts?

Wow! Love that mug, great job Kirby!

Very Cool, the caliber of new mugs coming out is amazing. Nice job, I can't wait to see the final mug.

Cool... Nice job guys. :D

I wish I was still living in the area. I'd love to have one, would there possibly be any available to those of us out of state??

Finally!
You've been needing a mug for years!

That's the Tonga Hut's "Big Mo" he is grand! Beautiful job Kirby and Ernie Grog. This is very exciting :D
If you were wondering why it took so long? It's always been a question of having to order so many mugs and more so, storage, the TH is small but mighty. It was very important to Jeremy that Kirby and Grog did this project as they both have been good friends to Jeremy and to the Tonga Hut from the very start so this mug really is a tribute to not only the Hut but to friendship and longevity. Congrats to Kirby, Grog and Jeremy.

Great job kirbs and co.

Great looking mug, fantastic work Kirby and Grog!! I will be getting mine when they are released.

Very nice mug ... how does one obtain one i.e. pre-order, if they won't be able to go to the actual event?

Thanks. Hanalei Tiki

I don't know why, but I keep thinking this mug would look great with a GREY glaze. Any other opinions?
