I found this thrifting today but have no idea what it is for. Vase? Bottle? It's unmarked ceramic about 2 inches taller than a Trader Vic salt shaker and heavier as well. Anyone have any idea? Thanks!

The tiki is a Tangaroa is design - likely from the Cook Islands.
When I was in Rarotonga a few years ago the local were selling small bottles of liqueur in those bottles, with bottles in green, blue, yellow & brown, so it may be from there

Yes they are made in Rarotonga, The Cook Islands more specifically by the guys at the perfume factory in Avarua.
They are used to sell coconut liqueur.
I bought back a box with me on a trip there and they are still available on our website in some of the other colous http://www.cheekytiki.com/barware.htm
