Naughty Lyrics (that aren't Supposed to be)

Pages: 1 2 50 replies

Okay, I'll start:

"Who's bending down to give me a rainbow?
Everyone knows it's Wendy!"

"That umbrella, we employed it
By August, she was mine"

That always sounded a little kinky to me.

P.S. - That's actually "Windy", a little iffy in itself. poot

"scuse me while i kiss this guy "

(purple haze)

Darling it's better
Down where it's wetter
Take it from me!

Little Mermaid soundtrack, "Under the Sea"

Growing up I always thought the Van Halen song (not sure which one) said "I reach down and ease the seed bag", apparently its ease the seat back.

Hendrix is singing "Kiss the SKY"

and in the cool of evening it's a treasure
and when the day grows later
what is greater than
an occasional man?"

"You're the cutest thing that I ever did see,
I really love your peaches wanna shake your tree"

"Number 47 said to number 3
you're the cutest jailbird I ever did see
Sure would be delighted with your company"

I've always wondered... Was that a Co-Ed prison? I didn't think we had co-ed prisons. Hmmmm...

Not in the Frank Zappa version.

What about the Cheech and Chong version?
"Scuse me while I kiss this fly"
(I choose not to print the preceding lyrics...not quite PC.)

"Purple Jade... all round..!"

Anyone ever listen to Mel Henke's "La Dolce Henke?" The whole album is like that.

"all that meat, and no potatos..."

:drink:

The version of Louie Louie by the Kingsmen was banned for nasty lyrics and even led to an FBI investigation on it. It took them some months and lots of money to determine that the words were unintelligable so it couldn't be considered obscene under federal law. The actual words to the song aren't nasty at all, as you can clearly understand on the original version by Richard Berry. One wonders why the FBI didn't listen to the original song!

This is not a song, but in the same context.
Gumby and pokey talking, "You want to try it, Pokey? –No, thanks. I prefer grass."
Click the link below to hear the audio.

well then, some of the dirtiest talk on the tellie ever:

"Ward, don't you think you were a little hard on the Beaver last night?"

S

"I could have danced all night and still have asked for more."

I always thought the "dancing" was pure metaphor.

"And done a thousand things I've never done before."

S

Oh, and one that no stripper should ever dance to because it's just wrong: "Brown Eyed Girl."

i have held that thought before as well swanky, and case in point, decode the following phrase by madonna:

"I'm tired of dancing here all by myself,
tonite i wanna dance with someone else."

"Joe Joe was a man that thought he was a woman""

My baby fits me like a flesh tuxedo
I'm gonna sink her with my pink torpedo

-Spinal Tap

Now I'm pretty sure that was meant to be naughty!

Jab - Maybe the FBI listened to the Stooges version of Louie Louie on Metallic KO!

ACDC: "She told me to come but I was already there"
Led Zep: "Squeeze me baby til the juice runs down my leg, the way you squeeze my lemon Im gonna fall right out of bed yeah"

Well, maybe those were supposed to be naughty from the start.

Jerry Lee Lewis: "Good Golly Miss Molly you sure like to ball"

Remember this 80's flashback by Dexy's Midnight Runners?

:music: Come on Eileen :music:

from Cheryl Lynn's disco hit "Star Love" (but then most disco lyrics had tons of double entendre...)

"Why don't you take me in your arms and rocket me."

DZ

"If you want to kiss this guy,
you'd better learn how to kneel.
On your knees boy!"

I've got a great CD called "Raunchy Business Hot Nuts & Lollipops" It's music from 1928-1939 that is full of inuendos. Love it! A lot of the blues is suggestive.

Finally, on Johnny Rivers' "Tracks of my tears," the lyrics "Outside, I'm masquerading/Inside, my heart is fading" have always suggested to me a much better rhyme for "masquerading."

(wink wink, nudge nudge)

wasn't that originally a Smokey Robinson song? Not to bust on Johnny Rivers, I love "Secret Agent {Asian} Man..." but I think he did alot of covers, riding the implicit racial politics of music in the 60's...

Yea! Rock 'n' roll has come a long way since the early 60s! I won't quote Iggy's lyrics here because I'm a gentleman.

I love old blues and R&B tunes with sexual innuendo. There are some great CD compilations of these ("Copulatin' Blues" is one of the titles).

Check out this 1948 Dinah Washington tune:

Long John Blues (Tommy George)

I've got a dentist who's over seven feet tall
Yes I've got a dentist who's over seven feet tall
Long John they call him, and he answers every call

Well I went to Long Johns office and told him the pain was killin'
Yes I went to Long Johns office and told him the pain was killin'
He told me not to worry, that my cavity just needed fillin'

He said "when I start drillin', I'll have to give you novocaine"
He said, "Yes, when I start drillin', I'll have to give you novocaine
Cause ev'ry woman just can't stand the pain"

He took out his trusted drill
And he told me to open wide
He said he wouldn't hurt me
But he'd fill my hole inside
Long John, Long John, you've got that golden touch
You thrill me when you drill me, and I need you very much

When he got through, he said "Baby that will cost you ten"
Yes when he got through, he said "Baby that will cost you ten
Six months from now, come back and see me again"

Say you're supposed to see your dentist
'Bout twice a year, that's right
But I think I feel it bobbin'
Yes I'll go back there tonight
Long John, Long John, don't ever move away
Say I hope I keep on achin' so I can see you every day.

She'll be ridin' six white horses when she comes!

 So you've had a dirty mind since childhood, Chris?
Too funny, I never quite heard that line THAT way until now.

E

I love the English-langugage Caribbean songs, they have always been ALL about double entendre:

"I asked my lady what could I do
to make her happy and to keep her true
she said my friend one thing I need from you
is a little tiny piece of the big bamboo

she wanted big bamboo four feet long
big bamboo so full and strong
big bamboo stands up straight and tall
only big bamboo pleases one and all

I bought my woman a banana plant
she said my friend this is elegant
it's much too nice to go to waste
but much too soft to suit my taste

she wanted big bamboo four feet long
big bamboo so full and strong
big bamboo stands up straight and tall
only big bamboo pleases one and all

I gave my woman a coconut
she said my friend this is OK but
if you want to get close to me
what good is the nuts without the tree

she wanted big bamboo four feet long
big bamboo so full and strong
big bamboo stands up straight and tall
only big bamboo pleases one and all

I gave my woman some sugarcane
sweetness is sweet she did explain
she handed it back to my surprise
she like the flavor but not the size!

:), em

OMIGAWD!!!
I'm in tears!!!
My alter ego, Catgoddess, wants to adopt that as her theme song.

I

From the song 'Shake, Rattle, and Roll' comes the lyric ...

'Like a one-eyed cat peeking in a seafood store'

I also like some of the lyrics in the kiddie Bubblegum songs of the late 60's, with this being my favorite, from the Lemon Piper's 'Jelly Jungle'

Take a trip on my pogo stick
Bounce up and down, do a trick
I'll play a beat on your pumpkin drum
and we'll have fun in the sun.

R

What about the Who's ...

"Momma's got a squeezebox, daddy doesn't sleep at night"
