OOF- Hubert wants me to tell you that his now infamous Socktoberfest Party will happen AT 7PM on Saturday October 6, 2012 in Las Vegas at Hubert's Huli Huli Haus tiki bar (4H club) and Backyard Bier Garten! If you really want to get down with Americana Octoberfest, go all out with this Heino rap!: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ad57ozLmt5U&feature=share I dunno about that Festmeister Hans guy...but I have been a big fan of Herr HEINO, who performs regularly at the Red Lion Tavern down the hill from me - it is also the location where part of this video was shot.

Ha That Oktoberfest Gangsta rap is hilarious. Thank you for educating me on Heino. I lived in Deutschland 85-87 but never heard of Heino. Back then Falco was popular. I went to Oktoberfest in Munchen in '86 and have some great memories. Good thing we have a Hofbrauhaus in Las Vegas! |

The "real" Heino is too cool, he's like an Aryan Don Ho !! :D But what's up with the Heino tribute artist ? He actually goes by the name "Henio" ? That would be like a Tom Jones impersonator in Germany actually advertising himself as "Tom Jones". I don't think that's very respectful. :evil: |

"Aryan Don Ho", that is on the money! Tom Jones too. My neighborhood Heino could be compared to a Thai Elvis, too. I think the love and care he displays in his accurate depiction of "Old Weird Eyes" speaks of tons of respect! :D |

Thank you, Bruce. I know it was a lot of work but it rocked. Perhaps you should think about cutting a few corners to reduce the workload. It would still be an awesome party if you didn't put out 500 mugs! |
