L.A. (Studio City) Home with Tiki Hut/Bar for Sale!

Hi TC peeps.

You, or someone you know, may be interested in my home in L.A. (Studio City) that just went on the market. The property includes a somewhat "famous" Tiki Hut in the lush, tropical backyard we've created for it. My home and Tiki Hut are "famous" because it plays a role in my business and appears in over 600 videos online that promote the gear I sell.

I'm moving to Palm Springs and I'd love to see another tikiphile get this house and enjoy it the way we have for so many years.

Lastly, we're offering $1,000 cash to anyone that brings a home buyer to us directly (not through our broker). If you know of anyone that may be looking for a great 2 bed 2 bath canyon home in L.A. please let me know and I'll put $1,000 in your pocket at the close of escrow.

Thanks, Mike. It's also a fantastic neighborhood up here with a very friendly and social bunch, mostly in the entertainment biz. My neighbors include Malcolm Jamal Warner, James Franco, Adrian Barbeau, Hunter Parrish, Chris Bruno and many writers/directors. This is a perfect place for working at home, away from it all. We're tucked up in the canyon, but it's just 4 min. to Ralph's, 7 min. to CBS and 14 min. to Universal.
