While the quest for Tiki history has waned, I press on.

I received a notice from my matchbook collector friend Mrs. Crill about this unique salesman's sample matchbox from the Hawaiian Room located at the Town House motel in Omaha.

I did a little research and found this menu on Arkiva Tropika.

That mug on the top of the menu looks Crypto!

The version I found is slightly matte. Much like the Spurlin pieces. Here's the one found by Bamboolodge (from a different thread) which seems to have a heavier glaze to it:

I've been researching the Hawaiian Room, and have written a history that was posted over at mytiki.life that includes the only two photos I could find of the interior. I'm always looking for more, but here they are for your enjoyment.
