Cool thread MDM. I posted this pic over at "locating Tiki" before I saw your post. My wife Took the pic of Bernardo at Trader Sam's with her Iphone last night. Eight "Krakatoa's" being prepared and I think that my wife's timing was perfect. Would have been just another picture had she used the flash.

OK, I think this thread has gone (slightly) off topic almost immediately... If I'm not mistaken, MDM is asking for a succession of photos that tell a story of a moment at a tiki event, like the first two official member's indoctrination in the Waikiki Womb's Polar Bear Club...

This isn't really an event photo series. But it involves mugs and events always include mugs so...
Before and after in Wendy's studio. I just love how the magic of the kiln transforms dull powdery unfired glazes into brilliant shiny colors!
