I often struggle with fantasies of renting a truck, driving across the country, and loading it full of west coast tiki treasures. This does not help subdue these fantasies. Great looking stuff! |

Thanks Cy but actually I copied this design. My customer had a smaller one he really liked. I changed the body a little but the face and headdress are really close to the reference picture I used, which is probably a made in China copy of a copy of a copy and so on. If I knew who the original artist was or any history, I would give credit. Still a really cool tiki, one of my favorites and looks way better in person. Here's more pictures.

No. Angle grinder, die grinder and orbital sander mainly. I carved one and had a few people wanting it, so I made 4 more similar. |
