It makes you rank the top 10, (which is annoying since I haven't seen them all) but you do not have to enter any personal information, not even an email address. After you vote it takes you to a page that wants your info, but if you read it, it is for something different and your vote has already been placed. I thought some of you might want drop some support to the Mai Kai in this super bowl extravaganza to help flush out the competition.
