Ok - I have a ten year old bottle of Havana Club rum down to its last 2-3oz. Besides drinking it neat, what should I make? No crazy drink names unless you can support it with a recipe, and preference to cocktails with 3-5 max. ingredients. GO! mr. ho |

Mr. Ho- do you mean the rum is aged ten years, or your bottle is a dusty ten year old bottle? in any event, if you don't wish to consume the rum neat, then I would recommend a Hemingway daiquiri aka Papa Dobles. |

Good questions  Dusty bottle that is 10 years old. Its the "Anejo Especial" gold rum. Daiquiris naturally were used to consume a good portion of this bottle  |

It may top your ingredient limit, but you can't go wrong with this: Big Bamboo
Put everything in a blender and blend at high speed for exactly 5 seconds. Pour into a bamboo mug or tall glass. Garnish with a mint sprig. From the personal notebook of Mariano Licudine, circa 1960. I like to make a larger version by just doubling the proportions. Okole maluna! |
