Hi I'm Bob the BoneCarver from San Diego. I'm a retired chef, avid fisherman and about 2 years into bone carving. I carve Pacific Island style fish hooks and other small pendants.I carved my 1st tiki yesterday after meeting a cool guy at the beach in Dago, named Matt Tikiman Willis. I hope to find more inspiration on this cool site . This tiki is made of cow bone,2 1/2 in. long [ Edited by: Bonecarver 2012-09-06 13:32 ] [ Edited by: Bonecarver 2012-09-06 13:37 ] This is a little Mahi Mahi carved for a friend and is the 2nd piece ever to have color, the red tiki being the 1st. Until now I carve in the natural color of the medium [ Edited by: Bonecarver 2012-09-06 13:39 ] |

Hello, I'm a new member from the Southeastern Indiana area. I've been casually collecting for years and plan on building a new tiki lounge when we move to our next house next year. Hoping to make some new friends and get some good tips from the site! |
