Pictures stuck at uploading (fixed)

I was trying to add some pictures to a post, but the files were just stuck with the "uploading" dialogue. I'm not sure if it's a latency issue or if they just didn't get uploaded. I then attempted to add just one photo and this one was stuck on uploading for several minutes as well.

Per your readme, this was on a Mac running 12.3 and Safari Version 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.6).
