Fallback images

I've managed to resurrect some old images that were hosted on third-party services in the forums.

If an image can't be found I replace the source with an optimistic link from the wayback machine. I know the wayback machine has archived some but not all of the shutterfly.com images.

Hopefully this will fill in some gaps for you hardcore tiki historians.

Thank you! That is great. Nothing disappoints like knowing there was once a great image of some old place and it just has the image missing message..

Love that this site is back up and running and such a resource for digging into history.
