Cheers to you all! We're going to Hawaii for a much, much needed vacation. Tiki Road Trip, however, doesn't have much by way of recommendations for places to stay for maximum Tiki. What are your recommendations or great experiences over in Hawaii (any island will do) in terms of a super tiki trip? Mahalo! Sea-Tiki |

Well if you are going to the Big Island you can't do any better than to stay with Dug. His place is Tiki Heaven. He is the ultimate host. He will give you directions to all the best and lesser known areas of the island. You will feel like a local not a tourist. My wife and I stayed there this year for our first trip to Hawaii. It couldn't have been any better. Here is the Link to his site. http://www.tikiislandhawaii.com Scott |

If you're headed to Kona, look up Bwana Bon's Hawaiian Vacation Cottages |

Those of you old-time Tiki Centralites know that this is the part where I say "Check out this thread: http://www.tikicentral.com/viewtopic.php?topic=216&forum=1 Have a great trip and please post your experiences for the rest of us to learn from and enjoy!" Mahalo and have fun. -Weird Unc |

Waikiki - Aston Waikik Beach Hotel has Tiki's Bar & Grill, where tiki abounds (also free breakfast, with Hula). Maui - Ka'anapali Beach Hotel has a large tiki in the Courtyard. In Kaua'i, the Hyatt has Tiki's at Tidepools restaurant. |
