For those who don't already get the Trader Vic's San Francisco newsletter, here is the most recent featuring tallgrass fed beef, $25 3-course dinners with drink specials, and more! I even edited out the typos for you. Bon appetit!

Trader Vic's San Francisco
Presents: TALLGRASS STEAKS !!!

What is the makes "TALLGRASS BEEF" so special???
Tallgrass beef comes from the Great American Prairie and is raised by independent framers and ranchers across the United States. The animals are grass fed and grass-finished, which means they eat their natural diet of grasses, as opposed to grains. They are never confined to feedlots, fed antibiotics or animal byproducts, or given artificial hormone implants. The result is delicious beef that's not only good for the environment, but good for your health too. Compared to conventional beef, Tallgrass Beef is significantly higher in Omega-3 essential fatty acids , higher in CLAs and Vitamin E, and lower in total fat and saturated fat.

" ... tender and rich in flavor. " - Chicago Sun-Times -
" This is delicious!! That's not a TV delicious! It's buttery. " - David Novarro, Foxx News Chicago -
" That is so good. It's tender !! " - Hosea Sanders, ABC7 News -
