Research to prove tiki drinks are good for us...as if any of us needed any encouragement! lol
Apparently, adding ethanol, which is found in rum and other liquors, boosts the antioxidant power of strawberries and blackberries, and it is thought it will do the same to any colored fruit. Raise a glass to our health!

GREAT...I love it. Free radicals don't stand a chance when you cleanse your body with a daily tiki drink!!! Top it off with some berry nice garnish and here's to your health. :drink:

We frequent a NYC style Italian restaurant that always gives us a plate of spectalcular fresh fruit doused with Galliano.
It's superb.
