I found another link about the house that actually precedes the latimes article by about 8 months or so, and an original asking price of 2.9 million...Someone stated this house is located on the corner of Rossmore and 3rd street for any photogs/stalkers! hah Great articles and nice little L.A. treasures.... |

Wow, imagine having a party there where everyone had to dress up in their 1961 best...I only want to get rich so I can have parties like that. Well, that and a 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California. |
