Does anyone have a High Res. picture of Leetegs DTB Menu Cover?

Aloha Folks!

I have someone who wants to commission me to do a large velvet
based on this famous Leeteg painting. I have searched on TC and google
and could not find one. All I have is this jpeg I got off of ebay awhile
ago. And although it helps, what I really need is a great High Res.
jpeg I can pull off of this thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an actual Menu you can borrow, but sadly it has the same crease line on it.
