The Outrigger in West Hyattsville, Maryland, just a few minutes away from the Capitol.

I saw this matchbook and grabbed the images.

Clearly a bit of a borrow from the Mai Kai matchbook design.

And the Dobb's House Luau matchbook.

Not much else to go on. Another research project for Johnny Dollar.

hm... all i can say for now is that it was roughly 4 miles from the location of the original luau hut in silver spring.

ADDENDUM: based on the evidence we have, the Outrigger was the same location as the Kahlua Hut, so they must have switched names (and possibly management?) at some point. http://www.tikicentral.com/viewtopic.php?topic=46694&forum=2
