Tiki Lin Jaguar(?) mug - unauthorized repro, or original?

Found this "Tiki Lin" mug at a thrift store that routinely coughs up unauthorized reproduction mugs from China, but searching for it on Google Lense only produces the same one (or an identical version by "YH Tiki", whoever they are). Looks like it's often in Amazon "party packages" of cheap Tikis as well, which makes sense for Linall Brands.

There's a pretty obvious cat head below the upper head which has a crest (feathers?), which makes me think of South American themed mugs with jaguars and feathered head dresses.

Does this mug match a previous maker's (i.e. it's an unauthorized reproduction like Tiki Soul often does), or is it original from Tiki Lin?

Doing some more digging it looks like the Linall stuff at least isn't issuing unauthorized reproductions.
