Move to Memphis - Beyond Tiki

It's one of those rare places that feels "real," ...it's got vibe. But how to get the word out? I think the participants in Tiki Central qualify as members of the "Creative Class" Memphis is looking to attract. I must say I don't understand the first quote in the story "I want to start stealing those people from the cities of Chicago, St. Louis, Birmingham," .... BIRMINGHAM?
