A little Mai Kai to make you yearn...

Been just way busy, but I wanted to take a little time today to post some Mai Kai pictures from when Kiliki and I went down there recently on Hukilau business. This is what it's all about!

A couple of old paintings in some back corner where you'd never notice them. Just a tiny thing in this vast wonderland.




Me with the big guy in the garden... sounds Biblical...

Dark? Yes, but oh so perfect.

The most picturesque spot there I think. Tables at the gardens.

As if the place wasn't over the top enough, this is just a little 3 foot tiki in the mens room they added.

And then there is this ashtray in the form of a drum like the mug they used to use that I want very very badly. Love the umbrella!

So, who wants to come visit the Mai Kai with me in September? The owner, Mrs. Thornton is doing a special dinner show just for the occasion...
