info needed--pago pago in chi-cago!!!

Riding the el-train in Chicago last week, I spotted a slightly worn sign featuring a Moai painted on the side of a buiding: "PAGO PAGO...Cantonese Cuisine...Exotic Drinks...etc."

I checked the phonebook listing back at the hotel and all looked in order! But the number was out of service or disconnected. I forgot to note the address in the directory. The train stop near the sign was "LIBRARY".
