It might take the fun out of it, but you can go to Allmusic.com and search song titles for "jungle" and "monkey." There are hundreds of results.

Toots and the Maytals - Monkey Man

Sung by Louis Prima for the disney film (he did the voice too) and FYI (not to sound like an ass, so please forgive) he's based on an orangutan...which are great apes. It's kinda like calling apples "oranges". But I suppose would work under these pretenses...
The version from the swingers soundtrack is done by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
just my 2 apes worth...

Hows about "straighten up and fly right", the version I'm thinking of is the Nat King Cole hit.

"Hey, at least I'm housebroken."

can't believe no-one has mentioned the beatles yet - everybody's got something to hide except me and my monkey

djungel der liebe - deutche amerikanishe freundschaft (daf) - sorry, this is 'dieter music' :) ...TOUCH MY MONKEY!!!

Right by your side (or my side?) by the Eurithmics has sort of a Jungle Theme.

Monkeys? Gotta be the backup singers in Tony Bennett's "In the Middle of an Island". How's that for obscure?

Devo - Jocko Homo

"Monkey men all
In business suit
Teachers and critics
All dance the poot
Are we not men?
We are devo!
Are we not men?
D-e-v-o
God made man
But he used the monkey to do it
Apes in the plan
We’re all here to prove it
I can walk like an ape
Talk like an ape
I can do what a monkey can do
God made man
But a monkey supplied the glue
We must repeat
O.k. let’s go!"

Love Monkey #9 by Bootsauce from the Album "Bull"

Just remembered this one yesterday when hearing Chilli Pepper's "Love Rollercoaster", I was thinking of how much more I liked Bootsauce's version of that song, from the same album.

Don't They Might be Giants have a dozen or more songs about Dr. Zarius & the Planet of the Apes? On just the album "Severe Tire Damage" there's: "The Planet of the Apes," "Return to the Planet of the Apes," "Conquest of the Planet of the Apes," "Escape from the Planet of the Apes," "Battle for the Planet of the Apes," "Beneath the Planet of the Apes," and "This Ape's for You."

Jungle Fever by The Tornados (of Telstar fame). Maybe somebody should do a cover of this one at Goin' Primitive.

Bear

Cab Calloway, Jungle Swing

Andrews Sisters, Straighten up and Fly Right

Syd Barrett, Effervescing Elephant
