That's a great ashtray. That's they same logo tiki they have at the top of their brochure. Let me know if you'd like some pictures.

...and, interestingly so, it was also used by Daytona's Hawaiian Inn (BOT p.134). Maybe the same chain, or just another not uncommon case of Tiki logo misapropriation, because a manufacturer was offering it.
