Almost, but not quite Tiki - Beyond Tiki

Did this place offer tiki mugs on premise, without knowing what the rest of us call them? Did they really offer a mug rental service? And would they deliver the mug to your door? Perhaps they rent videos composed entirely of footage of tiki mugs. What is the difference between a delivery and a shuttle service anyway? Is it proper to drink beer from a tiki mug if no other drink ingredients are available? This has got to be one of the most mysterious signs I have ever seen.
