Island Slaw

P

For lack of a better name,
this is "Island Slaw".

People love it and eat it all.
It's particulary good with some rye bread and a sharp cheese on the side.

-2 pre-cleaned bags of Broccoli slaw (but the cabbage slaw will do if necessary.)
-a big handful of chopped macadamia nuts (about 6-8 oz.)
-a bottle of Ginger dressing
-2 bulbs of fennel sliced thin
-3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
-2 tablespoons of oil (I use peanut)
-2 teaspoons of your favorite hot sauce
-1 teaspoon of sesame oil
-4-6 oz of chopped dates
-salt and pepper

Serve in the skull of a warrior from the island you just conquered.

Arrrrrrrr.

P.S. - you can add things like shredded carrots, cilantro, some sliced peppers, whatever is fresh... but I don't recommend onions, tomato or garlic as additions because they take it over.
