might be moving to the Wilmington [hampstead]area! anybody live nearby? how do you like living there! any major pros or cons?
Big fan of kayaking and dirt bike riding any info on that?
trying to get outta new york before its too late! or does Clearwater area in florida sound like a better idea!???
on a whim me and a buddy are probably selling our houses and getting outta here! i can sell my house here and get a much better/larger house/lot down there than i can here. Feels kinda rushed but what the hell! we are going to shop around and not jump into anything too quickly but who knows maybe we wont . his house goes on the market monday and i got someone coming to look at mine on monday! as part of my information gathering i wondered what you like minded guys think about the area or the move! a
