Not sure if they still carry 'em, but House of Tiki in Costa Mesa had some nice ones for sale a while back.

How many do you need? Here's an Idea, use the tikis from tiki fork and spoons. I've got large ones I can cut up for you, yielding about 6 knobs or so.
