Recipe: Premixes in large quatities: How to?

I willbe throughing a Tiki party for 15 guests, i will be blending and shaking and i was thinking of premixing the juices for more effecient servicing. I was wondering what happen's to the juices and syrup's once mixed and left to sit for a while until needed. Does some weird chemical reaction happen between the juices and syrups or juices together? How long would the premix be good for? For Example: A Mai Tai, i thought of premixing the Curaco, Orgeat and sugar syrup.
