I always wanted an original Sparton Bluebird but as you can imagine I couldn't afford one - so you get the looks of a 20th Century icon for an affordable price! I haven't really ever listened to the radio but damn does it look good on my bookshelf! The record player was a birthday gift from my parents this year and I've been listening the hell out of my exotica and Hawaiian thrift store LP's on it. I already have a stereo turntable but these records sound great on the Crosley - you don't even notice the popping and clicking of the imperfect vinyl.
