Kahiki Shell Ashtray, any info?

Came across this long lost ashtray the other day (got it a few years ago and forgot I had it). Anyone know about what year / years it was used?

Never seen it before! Judging by the nice glaze and the typeface it must be quite vintage. A fine (re-)find.

Thanks BB, figured you of all people would know. I've never seen another and since we have quite a few Ohio TCers, I hope I can get some history.

thats a new one in my book. never seen it. I have the older clay type ashtrays. the finish resembles that on the headhunter mugs. maybe made by the same company. has that 70's look to it. I'll have to keep an eye out for one.
