Frank Hunter White Goddess

This vintage piece of exotica is mentioned
in a few posts...indicating that it is very
hard to locate these days. I apologize for
starting this as a new thread but the cd
version is available through "jackdiamond.com" and it's incredible. It can also be found on one of
the discs from Vegas Vic. GET IT. Classic
stuff with a wierd theramin sounding thing...and some wordless vocals. Again..

That Cd has to be a 1-off from the LP, isn't it? I've scoured and that is not on CD officially I think. It is a great album, I have it and is very exotica indeed.

White Goddess just sold on eBay for $114. It is a great album but jeeeesh!!

Hey Conga - have you already received the CD? How does it sound? Does it sound like a quality CD or does it sound like someone ripped a copy from an LP?

Clarification...this is a copy from vinyl...
but a good one...and very nice to have.
It is a simple packaging job...but does not
have a photocopy of the back cover (as I
previously indicated that it did---I was
thinking of a Brother Theodore cd that I
ordered at the same time)---I would recommend this to anyone who does not have
this album.

$114!!!!!!! Sheesh is right! That is way too high. I guess I lucked out, I picked mine up at a swap meet in great condition for $15.00 Its a great ablum but I can't see over 100 bucks for it, even if it was mint condition, still in polywrap.
