Why is Sean Penn such a Pompous Ass?

Pages: 1 8 replies

Seeing this dickweed on the "highlight" reel of the Oscars just reminded me how much I can't stands this guy.

(the drunker I get, the more I not dig him)

He plays "pretend" real good though.

He's abrasive.

Punks like him are in every grade school, become fewer in highschool and life usually kicks the crap out of smugfux like that by adulthood. I suppose they are culled or humbled.

It's nausiating when one makes it big.

It should be said, he's not talentless tho.

How dare you criticize this daring rebel! Don't you know how much guts it took to dye his hair such a flat shade of black?

And the savagely-opened collar worn with a tuxedo -- well! I haven't seen anything this bold since Chuck Barris wore blue jeans with a sports jacket on The Gong Show 25 years ago! Humph!

He just really really likes Jude Law.

Dad's a big director.

Maybe he should get credit for being talented. Besides, he doesnt hold back and he certainly is not a follower.

If the guy doesn't want to wear a tie can't he at least button his shirt. Wouldn't that show a little bit of respect for the academy that has gone out of it's way to honor him?

In no way is this in defense of Sean Penn. My answer to this post is he is a pompous ass , plain and simply, because he can be. And this goes for many, many other celebrities. They don't live in our world. They don't deal with problems, financial and otherwise the way 'regular' people have to. Their bills are paid, they have money to burn, and they have a fan base. If you had that would you possibly consider being a pompous ass? I wouldn't, but I can see how people go down that path.

PS. Penn is totally a pompous ass and a discredit to his most important acting role: Jeff Spicoli in 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High'.

'Aloha Mr. Hand'....'Aloha, Spicoli'
