News from Lemoore....

Leprino Foods Co.'s new 500,000-sq. ft. cheese-processing plant will open in December or January in Lemoore, CA. The factory will operate 24 hours per day, seven days a week to produce mozzarella cheese and whey products, converting about 6 million pounds of milk into 600,000 pounds of cheese per day, reported The Fresno Bee.
