After playing a show in Vegas their U-haul trailer full of all their gear was stolen from the Flamingo hotel in Vegas...$10, 000-$15,000 lost not to gambling!! Ape's projectionist, Jaime, lost her projector too. Anyways there is going to be a benefit gig this Wednesday. Literally thousands of groups have come and gone over the years and these guys are the real deal. Donations would not be out of the question for those that can't make...contact Ape's man Lane for details [email protected] . it would probably mean a lot to those dudes if we all stopped by and said hello. I will also note, that it's probably the first time I've heard APE completlely sober, and unable to jump around and dance like crazy. I have to say, Ape IS really fun and crazy, BUT they're also pretty astounding musicians, when you're just sitting, listening to them. Hmmm, were they always this good :wink: It'll be the last time I see them for a while, great show guys, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY C'AL!!
