SHAG rip offs at Target

My roomate just brought home some cheesy platic shot "glasses" from Target with designs that are clear rip offs from SHAG's work. How does a company like Target get away with this?

I love it! I bought a shaker for $.50! If it was a real Shag it would be a million! I'll take the $.50 any day!
