Old Trader Vic's menus?

Hey! I remember going to Trader Vic's as a kid at the Hilton in Washington DC (at 16th and K). This was originally in the late '80s/early '90s. I loved the menus there...excellent fun sketches of native women plying mainlanders with fruit and drinks. One guy (if I remember right) had a big belly that his shirt couldn't hold back, but he looked so happy, and I think he was smiling. Anyone know if this menu exists anymore? I've been to the new Trader Vic's, and the menus have changed.

a lot of old menus are for sale on e-bay at any given time.

Aloha!

I've got exactly the old Trader Vic's menu from DC you're talking about- found it on e-bay a while back.

I'm not home, or I'd scan it for you- the details are fantastic!

(Someday, I hope to scan my collection of old menus... it's yet another Tiki goodie on my project list.)

Mai Tai Man are you in the DC area?

MTM

Nope, I'm in the Chicago area, but I'm moving soon to Denver (like within a month). I've spent a week here, a week there in DC, but it's been years since I was there last.
