Bowl I.D. help

So I picked up a nice bowl today for $8 bucks, im not sure if its vintage or not, it only has Japan stamped on the bottom and some crazing. Take a look at the pics.

I would say its vintage, as anything new would be from China. It's probably 80's vintage. Good snag at $8!
