Tiki Vase / Ashtray? Any Info...?

It has the same image on either side, one upside down, the other rightside up. One way it's a vase, the other it's an ashtray. This guys big...12" tall & 5" wide and may be more Aztec than Tiki, but Tiki enough for me! No markings that I can find. Any info is appreciated....
