Regarding the first set of masks that have already sold: I see these pretty frequently at garage sales out here. Usually the owners don't know what they are, but a few sellers have told me that they picked them up in Korea as tourist items. I was told that they are representations of Korean theater masks. Can anyone else verify this? I see them all the time but I'd like to know exactly where they come from. I know they often get mistaken for tikis. Sabu |
