Recipe: wanted: recipe for Idol's Cast

Just wondering if anyone knows the recipe for the drink served in the Idol's Cast. My search didn't render any results.

I've never heard of that one, do you have any more information on it?

Is is from a particular restaurant or bar.
A particular place or time.

The Kahiki from the 60's. The mug is a classic, so I thought the drink might be one too. From the responses, I mean your response, I take it no one knows. What a shame.
